02 /TECHNICAL SKILLS
My technical skills and how I use them.
Explore my work in software, AI, automation and connected devices.

I develop agentic systems: software in which AI uses tools to complete several steps of a task. I connect those steps to business data and applications, and work on checks, errors and when a person should step in.

I started programming at thirteen with a Visual Basic 6 book. Since then, I have worked with C#, Java and Python, learning other tools as projects require them.

I use RPA, often with UiPath, to automate administrative processes. I add AI where the task involves interpreting documents or varied requests.

Robotics projects of my own: lidar navigation, sensors, motors and the code that coordinates them. I am drawn to everything that happens when software has to respond to the physical world.

ESP32 and ESP8266 are small programmable boards that connect sensors and devices to a network. I have used them in prototypes, projects such as iGrow and home automation with Home Assistant.

Hacking and reverse engineering help me understand how software is built. In bug bounty programmes, I look for security weaknesses within the programme’s rules and report what I find.

I look at how the parts of a project connect: what information they exchange, who controls it and what happens when a dependency fails.

CRM and ERP applications depend on a clear data model. I work on how records relate to one another, how they are updated and who can access them.

I plan hosting, deployment and maintenance alongside development so applications and AI agents have a suitable environment to run in.

I build CRM and ERP applications around the way a business actually works. The point is a useful product: clear workflows, connected data and software people can rely on.

I have led an IT department and research and development teams. That work includes defining scope, coordinating delivery and supporting systems after launch.

I test new tools against a specific task and consider their limitations, cost and maintenance before using them in a project.

Do you only work with companies in Barcelona?
No. I’m based in Barcelona, but projects are delivered remotely. I can work with companies elsewhere in Spain, across Europe and in the United States. Before we start, we agree on shared hours for calls and reviews.
How does a remote project work?
The first conversation, demos, reviews and delivery happen online. Short calls cover the decisions that benefit from talking; shared documents and working builds keep the project moving between them.
Can we meet in person?
Yes, if it is necessary: we can meet in person in the Barcelona area. The work itself is done remotely, with visible progress and a written scope.
What do you need from me to start?
A description, in your own words, of what you want to build or improve. No technical brief, no wireframes. If you use particular tools, tell me which.
Which languages do you work in?
I work in Spanish and Catalan, and handle English and German projects mainly in writing. I have delivered projects for clients in both languages. Messages and documentation work well for day-to-day communication, with short video calls when needed.
How do you charge?
The first conversation and an agreed basic demo are free. The full project is quoted in writing, with no obligation to continue.
What kind of projects fit best?
Custom applications, business websites and automation of administrative processes, for small and medium businesses, professionals and new products. Projects that combine software and hardware too.
Is it better to hire an app development company or a freelance developer?
Consider the scope, required skills and how much work must happen at once. A freelancer can suit a first version, internal tool or integration. A larger project may need a team. I will explain whether I have the capacity and experience your project requires.
How quickly can we start?
We discuss availability in the first conversation. Once we agree the scope, I confirm an estimated start date and timeframe in writing, including a basic demo if appropriate.
Do you also work with sole traders?
Yes. Many projects come from self-employed people and small teams. What matters is a clearly defined first step, not the size of the company.
